LANDSCAPE SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Kennesaw, City Clerk, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144, until Friday, November 22, 2024 at 3:00p.m., from qualified contractors for LANDSCAPE SERVICES. The City of Kennesaw will consider contracting landscape maintenance for City Hall / Watts Drive, Southern Museum, Depot Park (to include the park, amphitheater, outdoor classroom and plaza areas), Gateway Park and Commemorative Park (to include parking lot area). The Contractor shall provide, in a good workmanlike manner, the services called for and described herein which consists of all supervision, equipment, labor, and all other items necessary to provide the City with complete landscape maintenance and to complete said work in accordance with the provision. In addition to the defined landscape maintenance, placement of mulch and installation of annual flowers may also be considered as part of the work. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held Friday, November 15, at 3:00 pm in the Public Works Training Room, 3080 Moon Station Rd., Kennesaw, GA. All proposals will be rejected from companies whose representative(s) did not attend the pre-proposal meeting. Copies of the proposal document may be attained by contacting the City Clerk at cburgner@kennesaw-ga.gov. Technical questions should be addressed to Ricky Stewart at rstewart@kennesaw-ga.gov no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the November 15 mandatory pre-bid meeting. Three copies of the proposal package shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with proposer¿s name, address, and ¿Landscape Services Bid¿ on the outside of the envelope to the City Clerk¿s Office, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, before Friday, November 22, 2024 at 3:00 pm, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened in the City Hall Training Room; 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
