Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by the Tamaqua Area Community Partnership, 125 Pine Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252 until 2:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026, for restoration of historic facades located at 115, 117-119, 123, and 206 West Broad Street.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the General Conditions of the specifications. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required. Bonding Companies must be listed in the US Treasury Circular 570.
The Labor Standards and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents and govern all work under the contracts.
All contractors and all subcontractors shall carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required by the laws of Pennsylvania. See General Conditions of the Specifications for Commercial General Liability, Automobile Policy, and Umbrella or Excess Liability insurance requirements.
Prevailing wage requirements are applicable to this project. All work to be completed in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. L&I Prevailing Wages Determination project serial number: 25-04599.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) days from the date bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. In this period of time no bidder may withdraw their bid.
