Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance for DPS HQ

The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid to establish an open agency contract to provide year-round grounds maintenance/landscaping for the Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) Headquarters complex. The open agency contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) - one (1) year renewal options. See attached detailed Scope of Work. The DPS Headquarters complex is approximately 25 acres. The Supplier shall furnish all labor, tools, specialized equipment, material, supplies, supervision, and transportation to perform landscape maintenance services as specifically outlined in the Scope of Work.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 at 10:30 AM.  The site visit address is 959 United Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30316.

No quantities or monetary value are guaranteed.

Contractor must complete and have notarized the GA Security and Immigration Affidavit.

Contractors must provide proof of liability insurance with DPS listed as the certificate holder.

Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/. Other documents are attached that also must be completed and uploaded to bid. Please read the instructions carefully.

No bonds are required for this bid.

Contractors should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
