GNF is looking to engage a contractor to complete snow removal services for the lodge and continuing care facility in Boyle, as well as an area containing seniors self contained units. The period for services will run November 1, 2026 - through April 30, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional seasons.
Additional Requirements
Prior to starting work the successful bidder must:
a) Maintain a WCB account in good standing with appropriate coverage for services to be performed
b) Provide confirmation of adequate Insurance Coverage
c) Provide confirmation of the necessary Business License for the Village of Boyle
d) Provide a Safety Management Program, subject to acceptance by Greater North Foundation
e) Obtain a Greater North Foundation Safe Work Permit
Sealed Tenders marked “TENDER BOYLE LODGE AND HOUSING SNOW REMOVAL” will be
received at Greater North Foundation’s Central Office, Suite 1, 3603 – 53 Street, Athabasca, AB T9S 1A9 until Friday, October 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
