Project Description: This Contract provides for on-call, as-needed facility maintenance and repair services for City of Vancouver buildings, including City Hall, fire stations, police precincts, and community centers. Work will include scheduled non-emergency repairs and urgent response to facility issues that require immediate attention and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Engineer's Estimate - $50,000 per year
