Summary Details

The City of Richmond (the “ City ”) is proposing to engage a consultant to develop a Seepage Assessment and Groundwater Management Plan (SAGMP) to inform the City’s overall Flood Protection Management Strategy (FPMS), (the “ Project ”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The base scope of work for the Project is grant funded. As such, Project schedule is critical. All invoicing for the Project must be submitted to the City before July 18, 2025 for the City to meet grant reporting deadlines.

Please Note: Richmond City Hall will be closed from December 25, 2024 and will reopen on January 2, 2025. The City will not be responding to any queries during this time.

Estimated Contract Duration (in months) The estimated contract duration includes the full length of the contract, including any potential extensions. Further details on the contract term may be described in the Rfx document and is subject to contract finalizaton.
