ITB 25-PW01, Asbestos Remediation Project

The City of Milton is requesting bids from qualified parties to provide construction services for the Asbestos Remediation Project for structures located at 2545 Bethany Bend and 990 Lackey Rd in Milton, Georgia. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. The Contractor must also have current and valid Asbestos Abatement License from the State of Georgia along with the bid and a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience (Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor) in asbestos removal and disposal.

All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
