Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms with expertise in commercial roofing, roof coatings, roof drain and building envelopes for the design of targeted roof repairs at the Victoria Conference Centre. A Professional Engineer with experience and expertise in building envelopes, roof design, roof drain and retrofits is required for this project.
