July 4th Fireworks

The Town of Vienna is soliciting proposals from qualified and properly licensed firms to provide an outdoor fireworks display for the Town of Vienna’s Independence Day Celebration. The Town’s preferred and intended date for the fireworks display is July 4, 2026.

The Town recognizes that July 4 is a highly sought-after date for fireworks services; therefore, if the Town does not receive an acceptable proposal for July 4, 2026, it reserves the right to consider proposals for an alternate date within the specified date range.

Preferred Date: July 4, 2026

Acceptable Alternative Dates: July 1–5, 2026

If you are unable to provide a fireworks display on July 4th, please list in your proposal other dates that you are available.

The Town of Vienna, Virginia is located in Northern Virginia in close proximity to the Metropolitan Washington, DC, region. It has a population of approximately 14,000 within the Town, but routinely attracts spectators from the greater Vienna area. The Town of Vienna Parks and Recreation Department hosts the Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Display on July 4, 2026, with a rain date of July 5, 2026.
