Prospective Proposers are invited to review and respond to the attached Request for Proposal (RFP), entitled RFP No. 24-027-230 entitled, Mediation and Facilitation Services for the State Water Resources Control Board, (Water Board) and the Regional Water Board (Regional Water Board), (collectively referred to as Water Boards).
