Pelz Gymnasium Renovations Women's Locker Room, Southern CT State University
The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 4000sf renovation to the existing women’s locker room and existing toilet and shower room. Includes demolition of the existing locker areas and space reconfiguration to accommodate four new team rooms, two new shower and toilet areas. New finishes, fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems are included to support the work.
