Holiday Lighting Service & Supply

The City of Woodstock (the “City”), acting by and through the Public Works Department, is issuing this Request for

Proposal (RFP) to provide professional installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lights in and around the City’s

downtown Park-in-the-Square and other designated areas. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor,

materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications set forth

herein. In conjunction with or separate from service pricing, the City is also requesting proposals for the supply of LED

light strands. The City may choose to procure lighting materials directly from the selected contractor or separately,

depending on budget and availability.

To accommodate budget flexibility, the City is requesting three price options for the completion of the work at 100%,

75%, and 50% of the total installation scope. Bidders are required to submit itemized costs for each of these levels.
