Removal and replacement of existing composition shingle roofing system and underlayment. Remove and replace, or reuse, existing sheet metal components if necessary. Selective removal and replacement of existing plywood roof sheathing attached to concrete roof structure. Provide and apply sealants at roof-related joints and penetrations. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the Project Work.
