The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to audit the Kentucky Lottery Corporation (LOTTERY), under the auspices of the Auditor of Public Accounts (APA), for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, from a duly licensed, independent certified public accounting firm [FIRM] qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, to fulfill the requirements of KRS 154A.130 for a financial postaudit of the books and records of the LOTTERY conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles to be completed within ninety (90) days of the close of the LOTTERYS fiscal year.
