Project Description: Grand County, Utah is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to obtain current Light Detection and Ranging elevation (LiDAR) for areas impacted during the severe storm and flash flooding that occurred on Aug 23, 2024. This data will determine how recent flash flooding has impacted flood risk levels for residents, local businesses, and critical infrastructure. The selected contractor will work with the Grand County Office of Emergency Management and relevant stakeholders. The timeline for obtaining and providing LiDAR data will be heavily weighted in the selection process.
Grand County will endeavor to negotiate a contract with the successful respondent. The contract will be for a period of one year.
