Summary:The Economic Development Authority of Floyd County, Virginia (EDA) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm and/or individual to provide best practices guidance for potential development of privately-owned, small, shared decentralized water and wastewater systems in Floyd County. There will be a virtual pre-proposal meeting Wednesday, October 30th at 10 a.m. Attendance is encouraged but optional.
