224-002 Sessom Crk Bank Stabilization and Wastewater Replacement-Phase 2 IFB

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: IFB 224-002 Sessom Creek Bank Stabilization and Wastewater Replacement-Phase 2

Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to installation of approximately 1,183 LF of 12” and 8” wastewater line, approximately 3,000 CF of channel excavation associated with natural creek restoration, the removal of Loquat Street and the repaving of Canyon Road within the project limits. The estimated annual construction cost for this project, including bid alternative one (1) is $2,150,844.

Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
