Project Description: The City of Brownsville (COB) invites proposals from organizations/consortiums interested in operating within the former Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts (BMFA) Building located at 660 E. Ringgold St., Brownsville, TX in Downtown Brownsville’s Mitte Cultural District. The City of Brownsville is seeking innovative and sustainable uses for the building that contribute to the economic vitality, cultural enrichment, and community engagement of the downtown area.
