REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Bartlett, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals to repair the erosion and stabilize the banks along the side slopes of Stoneridge Pond by installing a geosynthetic shoreline stabilization system (e.g., SOX Erosion Solutions™, Filtrexx®, or equivalent system). The Project also includes erosion control, sod, and all associated work. Although this project does not require a TDEC SWPPP, the Proposer shall implement Erosion Prevention and Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP’s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).

Sealed proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026. All packets, with an original and three (3) copies, must be labeled “RFP FY2026-05-021 “STONERIDGE POND EROSION REPAIRS” and addressed as follows:

This site visit is to familiarize the contractors/proposers of the site and conditions, address any questions, and provide any additional information. Failure to attend this on-site meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal.
