Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) intends to hire a Design/Build Team comprised of a General Contractor supported by subcontractors and an A/E with supporting technical consultants to design and construct the following project:
Project Description:This design/build project will include dredging at the Great Salt Lake Marina, beginning at the entrance. The project will dredge a 3,575-foot long and 30-foot-wide channel extending from the marina entrance into the Great Salt Lake. Additionally, dredging will be conducted for the loading ramp, fuel dock, rescue boat dock, and 10 slips, as outlined in the drawings.
Project Cost Estimate:$3,500,000.00
