REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NON-BID)
PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to lease six 35-foot transit low-floor buses to PCMC for public transit services.
PROPOSALS DUE: By 12:00 p.m. MST on Friday, May 29, 2026.

RFP AVAILABLE: The RFP will be available on Monday, May 4, 2026, on the U3P website. Any modifications to the RFP or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RFP posted on U3P website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to U3P website by 12:00 p.m. MST on Friday, May 22, 2026. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PROJECT LOCATION: Park City, Utah
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Vehicle lease for six 35-foot transit low-floor buses for public transit services, for an initial three-year period. Options for additional vehicles and lease extensions will be included in the final vehicle lease agreement.
PROJECT DEADLINE: Delivery of leased vehicles is expected by September 15, 2026.
LEASE TERM: The term of the vehicle lease agreement shall be for three years, with the option to renew thereafter for up to two additional terms of one year each.

Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RFP.
