ReWa is soliciting Qualifications packages from eligible engineering firms to provide engineering services for the Durbin Creek WRRF Expansion project. The Project will utilize a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. Engineering services will include assistance with CMAR selection prior to beginning detailed design.
