Mobile Hydraulic Power Units

The City of Columbus Water Division has a need for Three (3) Mobile Hydraulic Power

units. This request is for the purchase, installation and training of a new, unused, and

complete most current model Stanley HP28 Power Unit. The specifications describe the

minimum acceptable requirements which a bidder has to meet. The following features

are required:

1. The machines shall meet or exceed the specifications of a Stanley HP28B02

Power Unit.

2. The Machines shall be twin circuits.

3. Each circuit must have a minimum of 8 GPM that can run simultaneously with

each other.

4. Must have a minimum of 2000psi operating pressure

5. Circuit shall be open center

6. Hydraulic reservoir capacity shall be a minimum of 3.2 US GAL.

7. Fuel Tank capacity shall be a minimum of 4.5 US GAL.

8. Hydraulic couplers must be HTMA flush face “quick coupler”

9. Gas driven engine shall be a minimum of 27HP

10. Unit shall not weigh more than 360lbs

11. Unit shall measure at maximum 38in long x 26 in wide x 30in tall.

12. Unit shall have at minimum of one (1) 12v DC power plug to allow other tooling to

be powered off unit.

13. Unit shall have lifting hook secured to top

14. Unit shall have fixed side handles

15. Unit shall have two (2) solid rubber tires

16. Unit shall have foldable front lifting bar as to pivot on wheels for mobility.

17. Unit shall be delivered to the city with two (2) sets of twinned 50ft x ½ in hose

and couplers.

18. Factory warranty shall be a minimum of 1 year.

19. Delivery and training shall be included with the purchase and shall be conducted

at 910 Dublin Road Columbus OH 43215.

20. Successful bidder shall be required to respond on-site with factory trained

technicians within 24 hours of receiving a service call and/or email.

21. An in person demonstration may be required prior to award and purchase of the

machine.
