Sporting Event Production, Public Relations and Game Management Services

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) invites proposals from qualified local vendors to oversee and coordinate team and game management, public relations, and event production services for the College Football Playoff (CFP) and other events that may arise during the contract term. The selected contractor will work closely with CFP officials, participating teams, venues, media, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of all relevant events.

Proposers are encouraged to submit on-line; however, a paper copy can be printed, completed, and delivered to the Purchasing office, per the Proposal Document, by the Proposal closing date and time.
