Jackson Pike WRP Dewatering Improvements 650246-100001

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is receiving proposals until 9/9/26 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time for professional services for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the CIP #650246-100001 JP Dewatering Improvements (CMAR) project. Proposals are to be submitted only through Bid Express at https://Bidexpress.com. Hard copies or emails will not be accepted. All questions concerning this RFP are to reference the project name and be sent to DPUCapitalRFP@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the RFP will be accepted. The last day to submit questions is 9/2/26. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at https://bidexpress.com as an addendum. An optional pre-submission meeting will be held at 1:30 PM local time on August 26, 2026. The meeting will be held in person at Jackson Pike WRP, 2104 Jackson Pike, Columbus, OH 43223 Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services website and the addenda will be posted on Bid Express at https://bidexpress.com. The selected Consultant will attend a scope meeting anticipated to be on/about three weeks after proposals are due. If the Consultant’s Project Manager is not available for the scope meeting, the Consultant is to designate an alternate to attend in their place. 1.2 Classification: All proposal documents (Request for Proposal, reference documents, addenda, etc.) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at https://bidexpress.com after the RFP is advertised. Firms must meet the minimum requirements stated in the RFP for a proposal to be considered for contract award. 1.3 Bid Express: If you do not have an account with Bid Express and you would like to review project information or submit a proposal, you will need to register for an account.
