Reconstruct an existing off-street parking lot (approx. 6,250 square feet, ~15 spaces) remove existing asphalt pavement, correct subgrade irregularities, and construct a full-depth hot-mix asphalt section within the existing footprint. The project includes incidental erosion and tree protection, minor grading and tie-ins, and site restoration within the project limits.
