RENOVATION, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF A CAROUSEL, SNACK BAR & FAMILY AMUSEMENT VENUE AT FOREST PARK & THE RENOVATION, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF THE CAROUSEL, MOBILE FOOD & SOUVENIR UNITS,& CHILDREN'S AMUSEMENT RIDES AT FLUSHING MEADOWS CORONA PARK

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) intends to issue a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the renovation, operation and maintenance of a carousel, snack bar and family amusement venue at Forest Park and the renovation, operation and maintenance of the carousel, mobile food and souvenir units, and children's amusement rides at Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, October 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
