NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADVERTISED LEASE OPPORTUNITY FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS AT The Trails at Mena Bike Park
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism (Owner) is soliciting proposals to operate the Trails at Mena Bike Park at Queen Wilhelmina State Park, Mena, Arkansas.
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism is seeking proposals from qualified professional individuals or firms interested in operating the Trails at Mena Bike Park as a premier gravity-oriented and lift-served mountain biking destination. Hours of operation, fees, and other Concession Lease Agreement terms and conditions are negotiable. Owner reserves the right to negotiate revenue share based on proposals received.

The deadline to submit proposals for initial review is September 13, 2025. ADPHT reserves the right to extend the review period until a qualified concessionaire is determined.
