RFP 10234 - Digital Video Wall

Project Description: Community College of Philadelphia (the “College”) is soliciting proposals from qualified audiovisual integrators to provide a turnkey solution for the design, delivery, and installation of a new LED Digital Video Wall System. The installation will be located in the Bonnell Building on the College’s Main Campus at 1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA.
This project requires the furnishing of all LED display equipment, mounting systems, associated AV hardware, calibration services, documentation, training, and any optional services needed to ensure a fully operational digital media wall. Vendors may propose solutions for one or both display configurations identified in this RFP.
The College seeks professional integrators with proven experience installing large-format LED displays in higher-education or comparable environments. The awarded Vendor must be an authorized dealer/installer for the proposed LED system.
The College intends to award this contract on the basis of the criteria outlined herein, including technical merit, cost, vendor qualifications, implementation approach, and overall value to the College.
