Central Midlands Council of Governments will perform Blythewood Road & US 21 Corridors Feasibility Study. The intent is to perform an access management assessment as well as to define the project scope, goals and objectives, purpose and need, potential impacts, estimated cost, schedule, and risk analysis to develop an implementation strategy approach that identifies near‐term, mid‐term, and long‐term projects and strategies for the planning area.
