The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction of “Rainbow Boulevard – Blue Diamond Road to CC 215 Beltway” and “Cougar Ave and Wigwam Ave – Rosanna Street to Rainbow Blvd.”. The improvements generally consist of hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement and/or rehabilitation of existing asphalt pavement, ADA upgrades, traffic signal modifications, upgrade lighting to LED, FAST ITS improvements, traffic control devices, pavement markings, median island installation/modifications, new storm drain and storm drain drop inlets, relocation of school flasher, vertical relocation of surface utilities, relocation of required utilities and other miscellaneous improvements along the proposed project limits.
