GLEAMNS HRC seeks licensed and insured residential contractors to install weatherization energy efficiency measures. Scope of work to be provided by in-house assessors. Work consists of air sealing, insulation, minor carpentry, and health and safety items such as smoke alarms, CO detectors, and bathroom exhaust fans. Year round work. Training to be provided. Coverage - upstate counties. Sealed proposals will be accepted up to June 30, 2026. RFP available upon request.
