Project Description: Please be advised that an Invitation For Bid (IFB) on a rehabilitation project, Renovation 336 Penny Street, funded in part by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County will be released on 12/4/2025 and 12/7/2025 in The Pittsburgh Post Gazette. Your office has expressed a desire to receive such notifications. Please note bids will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on 1/5/2026 and opened on 1/9/2026 at 1:00 p.m. during a virtual meeting.
The project consists of the following trades/supplies:
 Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical
 Concrete, Masonry, and Roofing
Plans, specifications and all associated IFB documents are available at no cost from www.PennBid.net (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
