The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for roofing repair services for the City’s Traffic Engineering (TE) Facility. The TE facility – located at 26 Woods Lake Road – includes two buildings, a main office building and a separate warehouse building. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new 60-mil TPO Membrane Roof System over the existing metal roofs of both buildings.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, October 1, 2025. The meeting location will be at the City’s Traffic Engineering facility, located at 26 Woods Lake Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
