Summary Details
Notice of Intent (NOI) 24-06 to Direct Award Prime Consultant Services for the Informal Learning Spaces Upgrade Project – Renovations to Hospitality Room AD128.
Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) intends to award Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Limited (Thinkspace) the contract for Prime Consultant Services for the JIBC Informal Learning Spaces Upgrade Project - Renovations to Hospitality Room AD128 (the Project).
The maximum value of this contract award (including subconsultants' fees) will be $97,460.00 - plus tax. JIBC has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the following reasons:
