Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers to provide various Traffic Marking and Striping services, including application, maintenance, and repair for roadways, parking lots, crosswalks, and other designated areas (“Services”) for the TTU campus, Satellite campuses, and off-site locations. Services will be required on an as-needed basis.
