Environmental and Cultural Resources Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ECRS IDIQ)

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Upper Colorado and Missouri Basin Regions, has a requirement to obtain a full range of environmental compliance and resource management services for projects within Reclamation¿s Upper Colorado and Missouri Basin Regions. The work to be performed is described below.

Description:

Reclamation seeks to obtain a full suite of environmental compliance and resource management services for the following broad general categories:

Adaptive Management, Recovery Implementation Program, and Collaborative Program Technical Support
Biological Surveys
Clean Water Act
Cultural Resources and Archaeology Resources
Environmental Laboratory Services
Environmental Site Assessments - Phase I and II
National Environmental Policy Act
Endangered Species Act
Geographical Information Systems
Fish and Wildlife Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plans - Habitat Replacement Plans
Monitoring
Paleontological Services
Technical Facilitation and Meeting Support
Other Environmental and Natural Resources Support as Identified

The UC Regional Office is in Salt Lake City, Utah. The MB Regional Office is in Billings, Montana. Work under this contract may be performed in any of the following States, regardless of regional affiliation: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that these services will be acquired via Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.

The NAICS code for this project is 541620 with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million.
Competition:

Solicitation 140R4025R0018 is a total small business set aside. It is anticipated that this will be a multiple award IDIQ with a total ceiling of up to $50,000,000.00.

Offerors must be successfully registered in SAM prior to submission of proposals, in order to be considered for a Government contract award.
