Summary

The purpose for this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids from contractors that are interested in providing the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the maintenance dredging of the Bing's Landing Boat Ramp located at 5900 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32137.

It is the intent and purpose of the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners (County) that this Invitation to Bid promotes competitive selection. It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to advise the Office of Procurement and Contracts if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this ITB to a single source.
