I. The Western Tidewater Community Services Board (WTCSB) on behalf of all Community Services Board in Region 5 is seeking to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of a crisis call center staffing for Region 5, comprised of nine Community Service Boards designated by Virginiaâs Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Services must be provided to the residents of all counties within Region 5 and will include a website, internet-based communications including chat capabilities, a telephone hotline, as well as text hotline capabilities. Offerors must be accredited as a Crisis Center by the American Association of Suicidology (AAS) or must submit a signed letter of commitment from a Crisis Center so certified agreeing to subcontract with the applicant to perform telephone hotline, texting, and online chat services as specified in this RFP.
