ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the “Authority”) at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 11:00 AM prevailing time on
Thursday, September 17, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened via WebEx or telephone
conferencing and read aloud. A WebEx meeting link will be sent out to all plan holders and posted at
https://www.mcwa.com/public-information/procurement-opportunities/, the meeting password is:
BidOpening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
Install approximately 190 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along
Currewood Circle, 765 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Golfside
Parkway and 395 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Cobb Terrace
in the Town of Brighton.
Install approximately 815 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along
Harmony Lane, 570 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Nob Hill,
410 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main, 150 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE water main and
appurtenances along Strathmore Lane and 585 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and
appurtenances along Warrenton Street in the Town of Irondequoit.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2026 via
WebEx or telephone conferencing. If you wish to attend the video conference please e-mail the
procurement officer, Autumn Ashley at autumn.ashley@mcwa.com to obtain an invite.
The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority
by contacting Cady Joy at cady.joy@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 268 or by contacting MaryKay
Antelli at marykay.antelli@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 456. The Bidding Documents can be picked
up at the Operations Center by making arrangements with Ms. Joy or Mrs. Antelli. The Bidding Documents
can also be sent out via FEDEX. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents.
