The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is re-issuing this Competitive Solicitation. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award regional Contracts (“Contracts”) for eligible purchasers to purchase certain fuels (Gasoline, Diesel, & Renewable Fuels).
