To be considered for award, offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all amendments to this solicitation. The Government will not consider offers received prior to the issuance of Amendment 0001. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **RECAP** RFQ: Requirement to start a 1 GB point to point commercial circuit between Exeter, United Kingdom and London, United Kingdom. Request 10GB SFPS be placed along the path to allow the circuit bandwidth to be scalable at a later date.
