Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“TOHO”), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (“RFPQ”) to solicit responses from qualified Industrial Painting and Coating Contractors with the relevant experience necessary to complete the above-described project (the “Project”).
