Description
The scope of work includes the provision by the successful contractor of all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the proper completion of the Project, in accordance with this Request for Proposal, the specific Project plans and specifications, the City¿s Design and Construction Standards, and the Georgia Department of Transportation¿s Design and Construction Standards, Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations, whether local, state, or federal.
