Description
The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), on behalf of Georgia Environmental Protection Division (Georgia EPD), Georgia local governments, related stakeholders/customers, and Georgia citizens, is interested in receiving responses from professional firms interested in providing consulting services to perform, prepare and produce a Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey and Assessment (DWINSA). It is envisioned that the successful consultant will evaluate current data, documentation, and projects to produce the DWINSA to appropriately and accurately report needs in a manner that will maximize the potential benefit to Georgia and assist in the state¿s collaborative Report to Congress with other states and territories.
