The City of Ames is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of outdoor furniture for the the Downtown Plaza in Ames, Iowa.

No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Ames reserves the right to award this quotation by Bid Package or Line Item.
The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
