Project Description: The Washington Township Board of Supervisors is accepting bids for the following:
• 3,500 gallons, more or less, Clear on Highway Ultralow Sulfur Diesel Fuel
o Diesel Fuel must be winterized as needed
o Price to be paid will exclude all taxes
o Option:
Vendor to provide 24 hour/7days a week access to a facility no more than two miles from 4 Flicksville Road, Bangor, PA 18013
OR
Supply and install, at no cost to Washington Township, a 500-gallon (or larger) tank with spill containment and electric transfer pump, and deliver diesel fuel
Provisions
• Contract will run January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026
The bids must be submitted through www.pennbid.com by 11:00 am on November 12, 2025 and will be read at the Board of Supervisors meeting the same day. Please use the attached form. The bid is scheduled to be awarded at the November 12, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting at 7:00 pm
Please note, Washington Township is Tax Exempt. Also, selected vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance
