Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to transport estimated amounts of compostable yard trim to and from the facilities listed below. Yard trim material includes grass, leaves, brush, tree limbs, and other organic residuals from landscape maintenance.
