Bid Description:
The Contractor shall assist the State with two objectives related to State leases for the use of public forest land for ski areas. The first objective is developing a process for auditing State leases specifically regarding annual lease payments and reports provided to the State from the lessees, while also providing recommendations for improving submissions and the review process to ensure compliance with lease payment requirements. The second objective is to conduct audits of previous lease payments and reports.
