WANTED TO LEASE
BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - San Francisco
The California Board of Pilot Commissioners is looking for approximately 4,589 nusf of office
space in the City of San Francisco plus one (1) parking space.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
